How far in advance should we book?

While we can occasionally accommodate quick turnarounds, most clients secure dates 8–12 weeks ahead to allow for menu testing, vendor alignment, and permitting. The earlier we connect, the broader your options.

Can you work within specific dietary guidelines ?

Absolutely. During consultation we will get all the specifics to make your event uniquely YOU! Custom cocktails and mocktails, beers, wines, snacks, & small bites can all be crafted to the specifications your event, and your guests demand.

What does your payment process look like?

After we work with you to finalize your proposal, we will discuss the event rental fee. Whether you want to offer your guests an open bar, or let them pay their own way with cash, card, or Venmo, Alchemy will work with you to create a memorable event within your budget.
